Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about booking with Trueticket Travel LLC, airline policies, and how we support travelers in the USA and Canada.
Questions
How does the booking process work?
Submit your trip details through our secure form or email. A specialist reviews availability and airline fare rules, then presents options with timelines and next steps. Once you approve, we coordinate ticketing according to airline procedures. Final issuance remains subject to airline inventory and fare validity at the time of purchase.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the airline and any supplier involved. Some tickets are non-refundable; others allow cancellations for a fee or future credit. We explain your options before you commit and document applicable penalties when changes arise.
When will I receive a refund?
If a refund is eligible under airline or supplier rules, processing times vary by carrier and form of payment. Many refunds post within several business days to a few billing cycles after the airline approves the request. Promotional or deeply discounted fares may be entirely non-refundable.
How do flight changes work?
Schedule changes initiated by the airline are communicated when carriers notify us or publish updates. Voluntary changes you request may incur fare differences and change fees depending on ticket type. We help you evaluate costs and deadlines so you can decide quickly.
What travel documents do I need?
Requirements depend on your citizenship, destination, and transit points. Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, ESTA or eTA authorizations (where applicable), and health-related entry rules. We provide general guidance but cannot guarantee entry—always verify with official government sources before departure.
When is support available?
Our team responds to new inquiries during published business hours (Pacific Time). Call +1 949 405 0898 for phone support during those hours. Urgent trip-in-progress issues are prioritized when airlines require immediate decisions. For life-safety emergencies, contact local authorities first, then reach us as soon as practical.
