Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy describes how you receive tickets, confirmations, and related travel documents after booking with Trueticket Travel LLC. Read it together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. We do not provide services to residents of California, Florida, Washington, Hawaii, or Iowa.
Electronic delivery (default)
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, travel documents are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at booking. You are responsible for supplying an accurate, accessible inbox and for checking spam or filtered folders.
E-tickets and confirmations
After the airline or supplier issues your booking and payment has cleared according to our instructions:
- E-ticket receipts and itinerary confirmations are typically sent to your email within 24 hours of ticketing, often sooner during business hours.
- Some carriers issue instant confirmations; others may require additional processing during nights, weekends, or holidays, which can extend delivery slightly beyond 24 hours—we will notify you if a supplier delay is material.
- Your “ticket” is usually reflected as an electronic record in the airline’s reservation system; a PDF or email confirmation is your proof of purchase and record locator details.
Vouchers, credits, and supplier documents
Where your purchase includes tour, hotel, cruise, or package components, vouchers or supplier confirmations may be sent by email as separate attachments or links. Delivery timing follows the supplier’s issuance schedule but is generally aligned with the same 24-hour target after we receive final confirmation from the supplier, unless a longer fulfillment window is disclosed before you pay.
What to do when you receive documents
Upon receipt, please verify passenger names (exactly as on passports), dates, airports, flight numbers, and fare class. Report discrepancies immediately using the contact information on your confirmation. See our Terms & Conditions for traveler responsibility.
Failed or delayed delivery
If you do not receive expected documents within 24 hours of our confirmation that ticketing is complete, contact us at +1 949 405 0898 or services@truetickettravel.com. We will resend or help retrieve records from the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes, or third-party email filters, but we will work with you to correct contact details and resend.
Physical documents
Most air travel does not require paper tickets. If a supplier issues a physical document, any mailing method, timeline, and fees will be disclosed before purchase.
